Save the Date: Pre-World Conference & Pre-World Young Adult Festival – 28th and 29th March 2020

As 2019 comes to a close, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all SSIO officers and devotees up and down the country for all their hard work, dedication and commitment in progressing Bhagawan’s vision and mission in the United Kingdom. 2019 has been a busy but productive year for everyone in the Sai Organisation.

The year 2020 will prove to be another significant milestone in the mission of the Avatar as devotees around the world will make extra special preparations to commemorate Bhagawan’s 95th Birthday. I am sure devotees in Sai Centres/Groups up and down the Country will be thinking long and hard what personal offerings or service project initiatives or group sadhana or spiritual practices they will embark upon to commemorate this important milestone.

I am delighted to inform you that the 11th World Conference is scheduled to take place during the 95th Birthday celebrations in Prashanti Nilayam next year. The theme of the Conference is “Unity is Divinity; Purity is Enlightenment”. Furthermore, a World Young Adult Festival is also being planned for July 2021.

To this end, Pre-World Conferences and Pre-World Young Adult Festivals will be taking place (jointly) in every Zone across the Sathya Sai International Organisation in 2020.

I am therefore happy to inform you that the United Kingdom Pre-World Conference & Pre-World Young Adult Festival will take place over the weekend of 28-29 March 2020. Dr Narendranath Reddy, Chairman SSIO and Member of the World Foundation will be our Chief Guest along with Dr Anupom Ganguli, Director World Foundation and Chairman, Media Committee; Dr Venkat Sadanand, Chair, Sathya Sai International IT committee and member of the International Medical Committee and Deviesh Tankaria, International Young Adults Coordinator.

The Conference will be open to all devotees and further information and registration details will be sent out in due course, but in the meantime, I would be very grateful if you could please save this date in your diaries and calendars. (Please note that the National Office Bearers and Active Workers Conference will be merged with this event.)

In preparations for the Pre-World Conference next March 2020, Centres and Regions throughout United Kingdom have already started holding regular study circles focused around the theme of the Conference “Unity is Divinity; Purity is Enlightenment”.
