SSSO UK CIO – Environmental Initiatives
Envirocare is a long-standing arm of the global Sri Sathya Sai Organisation and the UK organisation is no different in ensuring that the environment is protected and nurtured by undertaking timely initiatives, under the principle of “Love All, Serve All”. The organisation undertakes the following environmental activities across the United Kingdom:

Tree-Planting Projects
As part of the “Prema Tharu” initiative, volunteers across the Organisation have participated in tree-planting days across the country, often pairing up with other charities to promote environmental conservation, enhance green spaces and contribute to combating climate change.

Park and Community Clean-Ups
Regular clean-up campaigns are organised in fields, parks, public spaces, rivers and community areas to maintain cleanliness, preserve natural beauty and encourage environmental stewardship. FOR DETAILS SEE SERVICE PAGE LINK

Recycling Drives
The organisation raises awareness about recycling and conducts drives to encourage communities to reduce waste and adopt sustainable practices.

Environmental Awareness and Education
The organisation helps to raise awareness of environmental issues and educate on eco-friendly practices, sustainable living and the importance of individual and collective action to help heal the environment.

Carbon Footprint Reduction Efforts
Volunteers are encouraged to adopt energy-saving measures, carpooling and other practices that help minimise their environmental impact.
Through these efforts, the Sri Sathya Sai Organisation UK inspires individuals and communities to care for the planet and embrace sustainable living, fostering a harmonious relationship with nature.
