National Service & Young Adult Conference 2017

Dear Brothers and Sisters
Jai Sai Ram to all!

We are delighted to announce that registration for our National Service and Young Adults Conference is now open. We look forward to welcoming you all to the programme which will take place over 2 days, the 20th and 21st May 2017 at Grey Court School, Sandy Lane, Ham, Richmond, TW10 7HB.

Our Beloved Lord has stood, as the very embodiment of Love and selfless service, teaching us that human life is an opportunity, gifted to us, to serve our fellow brothers and sisters. Swami advises:
“Wherever you see a sick person, a dispirited, disconsolate, diseased person, there is your field of service. Every blood cell, every nerve must tingle with love, with eagerness to share that love with the forlorn. When love has filled the heart, it has really been transformed into Divinity, for God is love and love is God.”
SSS 10.6: March 4, 1970

The theme of our conference is “Beat with one heart, Serve with a thousand hands”. We are delighted to have Mr Abhimanyu Kaul as our keynote speaker. Brother Abhimanyu is an alumnus of the Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. He has had the good fortune of serving in the Divine presence and has utilised his wealth of experience in founding the Values in Action foundation and has authored books including, The Joy of Self Discovery.

The programme will include talks, workshops, and skills training. We will evolve and formulate our plans for new and ongoing service projects, with special emphasis given to community engagement and public outreach initiatives.

We humbly request that all devotees attend and participate in this programme designed to “Inspire” to “Inform” and to “Involve” maximum number of devotees in the service of our communities.
